Marmion Marine Park is a beautiful marine sanctuary which lies directly offshore from Perth’s northern suburbs, between Trigg Island and Burns Beach. It was the State’s first marine park and was declared on 13 March 1987. The park has great natural beauty and is one of Perth’s most important areas for aquatic recreation. Swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, boating, fishing, surfing, kayaking, kite surfing, windsurfing and stand-up paddle boarding are all popular activities enjoyed in the marine park.
